What is the concierge service?

It’s a service of assistance during your stay. We offer three levels whose description is in detail in the Concierge section. Depending of what you purchase you will be assisted by specialized operators that will help you with any kind of request you might have with your apartment or other arrangements during your stay in Venice.

Do you offer baby sitting service?

Yes we do. We also offer many other services tailor made for your specific needs.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Is there a minimum number of days for the rental period?

Generally no, the minimum stay is one day, however this is specified for each apartment in the reservation system.

Where can I find information about Venice such as events, museums, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.?

We can give you all the information in conjunction with the concierge service purchased. They are provided by specialized operators. More information is found in section Concierge.

The weekly rental considered from Monday to the following Monday?

No, guests are welcome during any day of the week, so you can enjoy greater flexibility when planning your travel arrangements for your holiday in Venice.

Do rent prices change for periods shorter or longer than a week?

Generally, shorter periods are more expensive due to the fixed costs of cleaning, check-in and check-out. Our website will automatically calculate the best possible rate according to the number of nights and other factors. Please do not forget to check-out our “Special Offers” page where you might find better deals.

Can I get maid service?

Yes, maid services is available upon request. When you make your booking online you will be able to click on the services you would like to add to your booking.

What will I find in the apartment on my arrival?

Although this may slightly vary from apartment to apartment, in general the apartments are fully equipped. You can find detailed information in the apartments section. If you need further information you can also email us your requests.

How can you be reached in case of emergency?

In case of an emergency, we can be contacted at anytime by phone. Details of emergency contact telephone numbers will be provided once you have booked the apartment and will be also available in the apartment booklet.

Do you have Internet and telephone?

Yes all apartments have free WI-FI connection and free national phone calls. In addition, upon request long term booking can be supported by a fully functional telephone line.

Are pets welcomed?

It depends on which apartment you choose. In general, small pets are allowed.

Where do I check-in and check-out?

Both check-in and check-out will be carried out directly at the apartment chosen. There you will meet with one of our representatives who will deliver you keys, show you the ins and outs of the apartment, and will answer any queries you may have and give you all the assistance you should need. On departure one of our representatives will be present to collect the keys and control to the release of your deposit.

What time can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in is possible from 14:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs.. Later timing might result in a surcharge of € 50.
Check-out has to be by 12:00 a.m. or as otherwise agreed when possible.

How can I pay the deposit?

By credit card.

When will you release the guarantee of deposit from my credit card?

One calendar week after your departure.

In what currency am I going to pay?

In Euro.

Is the apartment rent all inclusive?

Prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, internet, telecom (national land line calls), bed linen, towels, final cleaning and on-time check-in and check-out procedures. Bronze concierge service is free of charge, while Silver and Gold have specific rates.

How do I get confirmation of my booking and keep contact with you prior to my arrival?

Confirmation of booking online is almost immediate and takes place via email, also if you wish to be called we can call you.

How long does it take to receive an answer to my booking request?

Via website you can book with immediate confirmation. If we write an e-mail, usually you receive a reply within 12 hours. Please make sure to provide a correct email address while entering info in reservations and requests in the first place.

What am I going to pay when I finalize my booking?

You will only provide your credit card guarantee, payments will be cashed later according to the cancellation policy.

Is the price shown per apartment per person?

The prices are set per apartment for a set number of guests, if the apartment can accommodate extra guests additional charges might apply.
